Governance architecture
Protected governance workspace and donor-readiness index.
This protected registry gives reviewers one controlled map of donor-readiness, governance, export, programme, Blue Governance, mining, project, and TV-CRI routes. It is a navigation and QA surface only; it does not connect to new live business logic.
The purpose of this page is to reduce broken review journeys, inconsistent CTA paths, and side navigation during donor, DFI, ministry, or committee walkthroughs. It does not override role-based access, authentication, or workspace permissions.

Admin console remains linked for authorised users only. No admin page content or logic is changed by this registry.
Each route remains subject to its existing authentication, role, workspace, and data-access controls. This registry standardizes reviewer navigation; it does not change permissions.
The v178 additions preserve the protected shell and provide final reviewer links for donor submission and committee review.
