Submission Status Overview

This protected status page shows whether the donor pack, evidence traceability, database readiness visibility, and resistance-routing documentation are ready for institutional review.

Submission posture

The pack is organized for review, not submitted automatically.

This page provides a static readiness overview for protected reviewers. It does not submit documents, create exports, call APIs, or change live status records.

Core donor pack assembled

Risk note, safeguards framework, institutional readiness memo, donor review simulation, governance/risk posture, MRV note, database note, and governance workspace links are present.

Evidence traceability added

A protected matrix now links claims to evidence objects, protected artifacts, MRV lineage, sovereignty controls, database readiness, and reviewer accountability.

Resistance routing added

Reviewer stalling, conflicting interpretation, unsupported evidence rejection, and authorization drift are visible as governance case types.

Database controls visible

Readiness controls are documented as visibility-only: staging-first SQL, RLS verification, indexes, pooling, PITR, monitoring, load testing, and background jobs.

Institutional owner confirmation pending

A named institutional owner should confirm final audience, submission route, document labels, and disclosure boundary before external delivery.

Production readiness confirmation pending

Operational deployment still requires staging validation, role mapping, RLS/access checks, backup posture, monitoring, and load-test evidence.

Externalization boundary

Protected review precedes external circulation.

Materials in this section should be reviewed by authorised institutional owners before being packaged for funders, auditors, or multilaterals. This page is an internal readiness surface, not a public submission declaration.
