v182 external reviewer experience

Reviewer Journey Map

A public map showing how ministries, DFIs, donors, auditors, climate funds, and fiduciary teams move from public orientation to governed protected review and export-pack readiness.

Journey principle

The external reviewer journey is designed to move from public orientation to purpose-bound protected access, then into data-room evidence review and export-pack release gates without allowing informal access, undocumented interpretation, or uncontrolled circulation.

Reviewer journey map

1. Public institutional orientation

Reviewer starts with Transparency & Integrity, Institutional Review Summary, governance architecture, authority boundary, and data sovereignty posture.

2. Diligence route selection

The review purpose is identified: ministry diligence, DFI review, donor committee, climate-fund assessment, safeguards review, audit, procurement, or fiduciary oversight.

3. Protected walkthrough request

Purpose-bound access is requested only once the reviewer, organisation, geography, programme context, and review scope are clear.

4. Data-room readiness check

The protected data-room readiness status confirms public orientation, evidence map, Q&A, permissions, share register, and handoff conditions.

5. Evidence request and response

Reviewer questions and evidence requests are logged, assigned, answered, and tied back to governed materials rather than handled through informal side channels.

6. Export-pack release gate

External circulation occurs only when pack completeness, conditions, unresolved questions, access boundaries, and authority statements are visible.

How the journey prevents drift

No silent access expansion

The route distinguishes public review, protected walkthrough, data-room review, and export circulation.

No informal evidence requests

Requests are turned into attributable records with an owner, response status, and supporting link.

No unsupported release

The release gate checks whether committee materials are ready, conditional, or blocked.

No shadow authority

The Hub does not approve, finance, procure, or replace statutory and MRV authorities.

Protected surfaces supporting the journey

Protected surfaceReviewer use
Diligence Room Readiness StatusShows whether the protected review room is coherent enough for external institutional access.
Reviewer Evidence Request LogConverts reviewer questions into attributable, owner-assigned, time-bound records.
Export Pack Release GatePrevents donor, DFI, or committee pack circulation before conditions and exclusions are explicit.
