Evidence Intake
The system assembles evidence from FieldTrace, land registries, ownership records and transaction data. No self-reported ESG claims are used.
A governed institutional surface inside Terra Vita Hub that reconstructs how capital behaves on land. It is a reviewer route, not a dashboard, score, rating engine, certification route or investment-advice layer.
Stewardship Benchmarking is a governed institutional surface inside Terra Vita Hub that reconstructs how capital behaves on land. It does not rate, certify or approve investors. Instead, it provides ministries, DFIs, land-use authorities and programme owners with reviewer-grade transparency on the real-world effects of investment behaviour.
The module connects field-level evidence from FieldTrace with ownership structures, land-use change, transaction patterns and stewardship commitments, then routes this evidence through a canonical reviewer process. The result is a clear, attributable reconstruction of land behaviour, capital behaviour, farmer-impact behaviour and ecological outcomes.
All outputs are evidence-bound, reviewer-traceable and aligned with the governance spine. They support oversight, policy design and institutional due diligence without substituting regulatory authority or issuing scores.
Stewardship Benchmarking belongs in the Hub because it is institutional, reviewer-bound and transparency-oriented. FieldTrace contributes bottom-of-system evidence; Terra Vita Hub performs attribution, route governance, reviewer assessment, export posture and institutional transparency.
The system assembles evidence from FieldTrace, land registries, ownership records and transaction data. No self-reported ESG claims are used.
Evidence is attributed to the correct fund, vehicle, beneficial owner and land parcel. Stewardship commitments are linked to corresponding evidence.
The system reconstructs actual behaviour across land, capital, farmer impact and ecology. Reconstruction remains evidence-bound and reviewer-traceable.
Reviewers assess reconstructed behaviour, identify deviations and record governance notes. No ratings or scores are issued.
The system produces governed baselines and comparative outputs for institutional use. Outputs do not substitute regulatory authority.
| Route layer | Evidence objects | Governed output |
|---|---|---|
| Evidence Intake | FieldTrace events, registry records, ownership data, transaction history, ecological indicators. | Assembled evidence bundle with source, timestamp and attribution hash. |
| Attribution | Fund, vehicle, beneficial owner, parcel identity and stewardship commitment records. | Identity-bound reconstruction of who owns what and which commitments apply. |
| Behaviour Reconstruction | Land-use shifts, capital behaviour, farmer impacts, ecological signals and deviations. | Evidence-bound reconstruction of actual behaviour across the four canonical dimensions. |
| Reviewer Assessment | Reviewer notes, governance flags and decision log. | Reviewer-traceable assessment without score, rating, certification or approval. |
| Benchmark Output | Baselines, comparison sets and export-register reference. | Institutional transparency output for oversight, policy design and due diligence. |
