Footer groups now use explicit grid/list spacing so links do not collapse together on mobile or narrow renderers.

This release preserves the v353 unified site baseline while tightening footer link groups, mobile wrapping, tap targets and entry-surface spacing. Protected programme logic and records remain untouched.
Entry surfaces
Portal, sign-in and request-access surfaces retain the unified institutional shell with improved wrapping and tap targets.
Document library locked
The public artefact library remains structurally locked; this sweep changes spacing and responsive behaviour only.
Protected boundary
No Supabase, RLS, functions, protected workspace records, reviewer notes or routing authority were changed.
