Terra Vita Hub · Governance OS
Global environmental evidence service · TV-SINR-GLOBAL-2026 · RELEASE v475.6

Environmental conditions become governed operational evidence.

Spatial Intelligence observes nature risk, FieldTrace verifies conditions on the ground, the Hub governs reliance, and authorised systems receive controlled outputs. The engine is global; each programme configures its own geography, hazards, sources and review rules.

What the engine does

Spatial Intelligence is not a separate map dashboard. It is the environmental evidence engine used across Terra Vita programmes.

01 · OBSERVE

Detect conditions

Earth Observation and approved geospatial sources identify drought, flooding, erosion, vegetation stress, coastal change and other programme-relevant signals.

02 · VERIFY

Create field action

FieldTrace turns a spatial signal into a programme-scoped verification task with the farm, site, route, required observations and evidence deadline.

03 · GOVERN

Review evidence

The Hub checks source, attribution, methodology, ground calibration, uncertainty, exceptions and permitted reliance.

04 · OPERATIONALISE

Release bounded outputs

Accepted evidence can support programme oversight, logistics, procurement, Funding Spine review or institutional evidence packs.

One governed route

Every programme uses the same evidence route while retaining programme-specific hazards, data sources and thresholds.

Spatial signalSource and observation window recorded
AttributionProgramme, site, route or asset identified
FieldTrace taskGround verification requested
Field evidencePhotos, measures and observations submitted
Hub reviewEvidence and method assessed
Controlled releasePermitted use and limitations recorded
Institutional useReceiving authority determines outcome
Authority boundary: Terra Vita structures and releases evidence. It does not approve funding, certify environmental performance, determine insurance terms, award procurement, issue carbon credits or replace statutory and institutional authority.

Connected programme profiles

These profiles are configured inside the global engine. “Configured” does not imply that live source feeds are active or that reliance-grade outputs have been released.

Demonstration only

Illustrative soybean corridor

Not a deployment

A Benue-context worked example used solely to explain the evidence route. It is not an active Terra Vita programme, confirmed partnership or connected marketplace.

Demonstration boundary: all values are synthetic. Nigeria Digital Farmers Market is not activated or represented as connected.
Open programme evidence profiles

Worked example: from signal to institutional evidence

The example shows the mechanism without implying an operational programme.

1 · ObserveIllustrative flood-recurrence signal intersects a soybean aggregation route.
2 · AttributeThe signal is linked to a demonstration farm cluster and route segment.
3 · VerifyFieldTrace requests drainage and bridge-condition evidence.
4 · ReviewThe Hub compares spatial and ground evidence and records exceptions.
5 · ReleaseA reviewer may release a bounded risk-adjustment evidence object.
6 · UseA DFI may include that evidence in its own due-diligence process.
Methodology and baseline: Demonstration HEV v1.1 uses synthetic composites representing 10 m vegetation observations, 30 m soil and terrain proxies and historical recurrence layers over a rolling 2019–2026 reference period. A “14-day anomaly” compares a current window with a seasonally matched multi-year baseline and requires FieldTrace crop-stage, canopy and soil-moisture calibration before reliance.

Not connected at this stage

Nigeria Digital Farmers Market remains unactivated. The global engine can support it later, but no programme authority, live evidence intake, FieldTrace assignment, Funding Spine output or public deployment claim is created in this release.
