Purpose

Terra Vita Hub provides a governed environment for institutional evidence, review, escalation, and approval. It does not automate statutory, financial, or programme decisions. All authority remains with ministries, DFIs, and designated committees.

Fiduciary integrity controls

Assurance posture

The governance spine reduces fiduciary exposure by making informal approval chains harder to hide, ensuring that every decision is traceable, reviewable, and grounded in verifiable evidence.

Data sovereignty, hosting region, access policy, and export controls are treated as governed configuration. The platform can operate under national data-residency requirements and donor compliance constraints.

Operational continuity is supported through environment replication, role-based access, and persistent evidence storage. Critical governance artifacts can be exported for offline retention.

MRV and residual risk

The platform attaches MRV methodologies rather than replacing them. It preserves indicator lineage, reviewer attribution, and audit-ready reporting structures aligned with EU, GCF, and MDB expectations.

Overall assurance posture: High. Residual risks relate to institutional onboarding, reviewer discipline, and clarity of role mapping. These are mitigated through structured onboarding, governance-boundary briefings, and committee-level endorsement of the evidence spine.
