Purpose

This annex outlines the risk posture, mitigation logic, and governance controls embedded in Terra Vita Hub. The platform provides a structured evidence chain that reduces fiduciary, operational, and governance risks across programme cycles.

Use in donor submissions

Risks related to institutional adoption, reviewer discipline, and continuity are mitigated through onboarding, governance-boundary briefings, and routine governance reviews. This annex can be appended to EU, GCF, and MDB submissions as part of the programme's governance and fiduciary assurance package.
